Greetings from Superview Lodge and welcome to Sarangkot. Our restaurant is open for breakfast from 8AM-9AM and for dinner 6PM-8PM. Drinks will be served until 9PM. Please find our menu here: https://www.superview.com.np/restaurant#menu Since everything is made fresh from scratch, kindly allow 30 - 90 minutes (depending on the food type) of prep time. If breakfast is included in your room booking, we'll serve you a set breakfast listed as 'Standard Breakfast' in our menu in our dining or your room from 8AM-9AM. Please let us know by the night of previous day if you want any modifications. If you order room service, please leave the empty dishes outside your door at your convinience. We'll collect from there. Our reception (as well as the reception phone/WhatsApp) closes at 9PM, so please have your needs met before that time. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking and a fine upto NPR 5000 per room may be placed if found smoking inside the room. Please note that the checkout time is at 12PM. 50% (per room per night) late checkout fee is applied if not checked out by 12PM and 100% if not checked out by 12:30PM. Please follow the hot water instruction sheet placed in your room for hot shower. Make sure, especially, to close all levers after shower. Please make sure that the key card attached to the keyring of your room key is placed in the card slot by the door for all electric sockets to work. In case of city-wide power outage (not a frequent event), electric sockets won't work although some lights and WiFi will continue to function. We have a paid laundry service (washing and drying, without ironing) which costs NPR 800 per load (about 3kg) of clothes. Note that clothes are sun-dried thus allow at least a day of good weather to get your clothes ready. Drinking water bottle in your room can be refilled in the refill station in our dining by the Kitchen door. Thank You. Hope you have a wonderful stay at Superview Lodge.
