Greetings from Superview Lodge and welcome to Sarangkot. *Meals* Here's our menu: https://superview.com.np/menu We serve breakfast at 8AM, lunch from 12PM-2PM and dinner at 7PM. Drinks are served until 8PM. Most evenings we cook one fresh set dinner for everyone. That's how we keep it homemade. You can see tonight's dinner at the top of the menu. If you'd like to join, please let us know by 5PM. On quieter evenings, we may also be able to cook from the 'More dinner options' list in the menu. Ask us by 5PM and we'll tell you what's possible. If breakfast is included in your booking, we'll serve you the 'Standard Breakfast' in our dining at 8AM. If you'd like any changes to it, please let us know the night before. If you take any food or drinks to your room, please leave the empty dishes outside your door when you're done and we'll collect them from there. *Reception* Reception (including the reception phone/WhatsApp) closes at 9PM, so please ask for anything you need before then. *Checkout* Checkout is at 12PM. A late checkout fee of 50% of the nightly room rate applies after 12PM, and 100% after 12:30PM. *Smoking* All rooms are non-smoking. A fine of up to NPR 5000 per room may be charged for smoking inside. *In your room* For a hot shower or bath, follow the hot water instruction sheet in your room. If your bathroom has three levers (most do), please turn the middle lever back to the left once you're done. For the electric sockets to work, place the key card on your room keyring in the slot by the door. During a city-wide power cut (not frequent), the sockets won't work, but some lights and WiFi will stay on. You can refill your drinking water bottle at the refill station in our dining, by the kitchen door. *Laundry* We have a paid laundry service (washing and drying, no ironing) at NPR 800 per load (about 3kg). Clothes are sun-dried, so please allow at least a day of good weather. Thank you, and we hope you have a wonderful stay at Superview Lodge.
